Dear Fredericka Robin and Bob

I purchased the filly Princess Aires Above The Ground from you in September 2006 and although I lived in Key Largo Florida I brought her to my sisters farm in eastern Ohio.

We trained her ourselves here on the farm and my great nephew Benjamin Boyd used her as his 4H project horse over the last 5 years. We like many disciplines in the horse world so we tried to keep her schooling well rounded and versatile.

She and Ben did well in 4H and brought home a few first places from the Ohio State Junior Fair over the last few years.

Ben also showed her at our local saddle club show earning high point of the year award a few times. One judge at our local show keep telling Ben he should show her at the Buckeye Baroque show. I had been researching IFSHA also, so finally this summer we decided to take her out to Springfield for the Buckeye Baroque region 5 IFSHA show.

We are just humble horse people and not a show barn but thought Ben and Aries might do okay. Okay they did, winning 5 regional championships and 5 reserve championships and the high point award for Part bred Friesians at the 2014 show.

The big time IFSHA people told Ben that since he beat them at regional's he now had to go to the IFSHA World and Grand National show in Lexington Va. We decided we should jump in to the deep end and see how this mare and this young 19 year old man stacked up against the best Part Bred Friesians in the world.

The show was this past week and here are some results. They entered 15 classes and brought home 11 World Championship ribbons and trophies and 1 Reserve Championship.

I thank you all for breeding such a wonderful horse and I hope you are proud of her. I couldn't be more proud of this Flying W Farms mare and my fantastic great nephew Benjamin Kevin Boyd.

Keep us in mind for the 2014 Horse Of The Year awards for FWF and Georgian Grande if you would please.

I can send some photos from the world show later if you would like. I might also like to bring Ben and my sister to visit the wonderful farm from which Aries came.

Sincerely,
