Hi Fredericka,
Most of the really nice ones are copyrighted by the photographers at the show (and they charge soooo much for the rights). I have a couple home that are ones I bought from them but they still have the "rights". I've attached some shots that my friend took and are not copyrighted. 🙂 I have saved them in .jpg format.

Hi; Just wanted to share a few pics from Saffy's show over the weekend where she was Reserve Champion in Pleasure out of 13 horses (trailer had a flat tire so we didn't make it for the division I had really wanted to show her in. I've never done pleasure so had no idea what to expect. lol. She is so versatile!

I hope everyone is doing really really well,
Christina

Hi all,
Happy New Year!!!! I hope it is proving to be a happy one thus far!
Just wanted to let you know that Tsifara is the ESDCTA Training Level Champion for 2006 for the senior, not shown above 2nd level division. 🙂 There is a banquet on February 10th; I'll have to take some pictures with her prizes. 🙂 She would have also been in the rankings for the USDF all breeds if I had remembered to send in her FSHR papers in time, oh well. 🙂
Results can be found at www.esdcta.org
Very truly yours,
Christina

Hi Fredericka,

Just thought you may want to see the results from last Saturday's show.
Happy holidays and take care!
Very truly yours,
Christina

Princess Tsifara went to her second hunter show this past Saturday, and was Champion! There were 15 horses in each class of the baby green division and 18 in the flat. She got 2nd, 1st and 1st in over fences and unfortunately did not place in the flat class (she's much more of a dressage-y mover on the flat but I was absolutely thrilled).

She was up against professional trainers on their client's young horses and WON! 🙂 Everyone came up to her later wanting to know what she was and just to remark on how beautifully she jumped. This was a dark scary indoor and while the schooling was a new experience for BOTH of us (I guess left shoulder to left shoulder passing doesn't apply here lol) she was just amazing during the classes themselves. I am soooo incredibly happy with her. I wonder if any of the judges even realized the running braid as opposed to the traditional hunter braids (I can't bear to pull it short lol).
I hope you are doing wonderful and thanks for listening to me go on and on! 🙂
Very truly yours,
Christina

Hi Fredericka,
As a final note to the season, I took Tsifara to a Combined Training Show (her first time jumping off the property) this past Saturday.
She was first in dressage [Beginner Novice Test A] with a 31.5 (equivalent of 68.5 in dressage) and won the overall competition since she went clean. 🙂 The next sets of scores were more that 6 points behind her. She was such a good girl!

Take care!

Hi Fredericka,
Here is a list of Tsifara's 8 highest scores from this season (I will be submitting them with test copies in a week or two for your year end dressage awards. I think that this is the end of our dressage season for the year; she has qualified for next year's championships at training level (GAIG/USDF, ESDCTA and BLM Championships). Should be a fun year! We are ready to move up to first level but since she is still just 4 I think we will wait until next year to work too too hard on it.

We may go to a combined training schooling show later this month; depends on the weather. It would be a W/T/C eventing dressage test and a 2 ft. course. I will let you know how it goes if we go.
